PipSqueak is an accessory company that specializes in handcrafted necklaces, earrings, keychains, and small home decor items. Founded in 2013 by a then high school student Miranda Stillabower, and is currently based out of Ottawa, Ontario.

PipSqueak is a brand that thrives to bring adorable accessories to children, tweens, or anyone who has a love for cute items. Inspired by different fashion trends, kawaii style, pop culture references, bright and pastel colours, and anything that glows in the dark. Why buy from a chain store when you can buy from someone who handmade your item with passion.

**Our History**

2013 - PipSqueak, formerly known as Punk In Pink was founded by Miranda Stillabower in Ottawa, Ontario. Miranda was in high school at the time and she was looking for something creative to do. She decided to pick up some polymer clay and try it out.

2014 - Miranda was a student at Ottawa School of Art studying fine arts. She decided to open up an Etsy shop to share her creations with the world. Running PipSqueak out of a small space in her parents house making as many necklaces and sculptures as she could in her free time.

2015 - After finishing her first year at art school Miranda was now a part time student, and could put more time into working on PipSqueak. Miranda vended at a lot of small local shows until she could apply to something like Comic Con.

2016 - Miranda put lots of hard work into everything she did with PipSqueak. She was finally doing bigger events like Ottawa Comic Con, the Sailor Moon Celebration in Toronto, and even the Ottawa Etsy Show.

2017 - PipSqueak had been doing really well at trade shows, but Miranda wanted to try and get into some local shops. Miranda got her stuff in to local comic book shops and boutiques.

Present: Miranda is focusing on expanding PipSqueak's product line, but you'll have to wait and see what we come up with!
